These are the terms for using Oriha's apps (Oriha Calendar, Oriha Player) and this website.
1. Scope
These terms apply to Oriha's iOS apps and this website. By downloading or using the apps, you agree to these terms.
2. Intellectual property
The design, text, logos, and other content of the apps and this site belong to the developer. Please do not reproduce them beyond personal use.
3. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Pricing and refunds follow the App Store's terms and procedures.
4. Disclaimer
The apps and this site are provided as-is, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the apps. For important data such as your events, we recommend using iOS backups.
5. Prohibited uses
Unlawful use, modification or reverse engineering of the apps (except as permitted by law), and use that infringes the rights of others are prohibited.
6. Changes
These terms may change when necessary. Significant changes will be announced on this site.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court governing the developer's location in the first instance.
